BJOY Customer Product Refund Policy covers all BJOY Products. In the event of a defect, customers have the right to return the Products within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund. This refund policy is only valid for Products in marketable condition and unused Products accompanied by an invoice. It does not apply to Products intentionally damaged or misused.
By providing information to the Site, you consent to furnishing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information as requested, and you undertake to maintain and update such information as necessary.
